AMCA Systems, in alliance with the Canadian company Sixth Senses Processware, provides solutions to determine short circuits in Electrowinning and Electrorefining Tankhouse, through thermal cameras it its capable of measuring the temperature for each cell, detecting the exact place where a Short Circuit was produced.
On-site survey to determine the necessary configuration to implement the Tankhouse electrowinning or electrorefining short circuit detection system. The design will depend on the crane and the layout of the Tankhouse.
A complete solution is provided, among which Thermographic Cameras, Analysis Software and support for the on-site implementation. Based on client needs, the required reports will be defined and implemented for the identification and correction and a completely parameterized solution is delivered.
The system performs the monitoring based on user requirements and with an operational software delivers the graphics for management analysis as well as customizer user reports.
